The content is provided for general education and entertainment purposes only.
4. Purchases and access
When you purchase a course:
- Payment is processed via Shopify and its payment providers
- Access is granted digitally and typically immediately after purchase or redemption
- Access is provided via email-based or account-based credentials
- Content is accessed online and is not downloadable
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access details.
5. Gifting
If you purchase a course as a gift:
- You are responsible for providing the correct recipient email address
- The recipient will receive instructions to redeem and access the course
- Gift access is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned once issued
- If a gift is not redeemed, it will not be refunded
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email details provided at checkout.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All purchases are final
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- We do not offer refunds once access has been granted
However:
- You may be entitled to a remedy where required under applicable consumer law (including Australian Consumer Law)
We may, at our discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances.

7. Licence and permitted use
When you purchase the course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal use only.

Any misuse may result in termination of access without refund.
