Refunds

1. Overview
ManSchool HQ provides a digital course with immediate access. Because of the nature of digital content, our refund policy is strict.
By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
2. No refunds for change of mind
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Not liking the content
- Expecting a different outcome
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to complete the course
Once access has been granted, the product is considered used.
3. No refunds after access
Because the course is:
- Delivered instantly
- Fully accessible after redemption
- Not returnable
We do not provide refunds once access has been issued, whether or not the course has been completed.
4. Gift purchases
If you purchase a course as a gift:
- The gift is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- The recipient must redeem access within this period
- Gifts are non-transferable
- Gifts that are not redeemed are not eligible for a refund
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient email address.
5. Technical issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access:

- We will work with you to resolve the issue
Where access cannot be reasonably provided, we may offer a refund or alternative solution at our discretion.
6. Consumer law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
If the product is found to be:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Unable to be accessed due to an issue on our side
You may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.
7. Discretionary refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in exceptional circumstances.
This is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
